I’m Lea Bürgisser, and my heart beats for everything that happens behind the scenes—whether in casting or backstage. My job is to ensure everything runs smoothly while keeping a clear overview, even when things get hectic.

In the casting area, I support our students in showcasing their potential and being optimally prepared for any challenge. I enjoy coaching them, offering tips, and guiding them along their journey. It’s always inspiring to see them surpass themselves.

Backstage, I make sure every production and event runs as planned—and often even better. I love finding solutions, connecting people, and building something extraordinary together.

What drives me is the combination of creativity, organization, and collaboration with an amazing team. It’s rewarding to be part of a process where we bring dreams to life and ignite a shared passion for acting.
